
For many Buffalonians, Easter holiday is a family affair including cooking a traditional Easter dinner for their family and friends.
For a select few it is a time to take off from cooking and enjoy a nice prepared meal. This is where finding a unique and delicious Easter brunch comes in.
Almost every year I enjoy dinner with my family, but in the last few years I have also enjoyed brunch with my friends. We always search out and peek at the menus online (when we can find them).
